Last week, Artisan AI launched a marketing campaign plastering San Francisco with billboards that read, "Stop Hiring Humans."

Let’s be brutally honest: this isn’t just bad taste. It’s bad vision.

The message is dehumanizing, insulting, and reckless. In an era where millions are grappling with job insecurity, burnout, and displacement, mocking the value of human work isn’t bold—it’s tone-deaf. It’s dystopia dressed up as disruption.

As the founder of Idonea, I won’t stay silent.

We didn’t build Idonea to erase people—we built it to protect them. We use AI to uncover hidden talent, reduce bias, and create access to meaningful jobs. We believe in the dignity of work, the right to grow, and the fundamental truth that technology should serve humanity—not replace it.
